The property is attached yet privately defined guest lodgings and includes a spa bath, expansive north facing covered deck with kitchenette and alfresco plus a fully fenced backyard. This property has some amenity limitations – please read before booking.

• Although very private and separated by a locked door, this space is Suite B located at the rear end of a residence where Suite A is occupied by full-time residents. You will be provided with complete privacy, and there are no shared spaces, so please make yourself at home, but be respectful and limit noise
• This property does not have a full indoor kitchen – however it has a well equipped “kitchenette”, situated outdoors on the undercover alfresco
• Tariff includes bed and bath linen (BYO beach towels).
• This property does not have laundry facilities.

• Access details will be provided late afternoon the day prior to your stay, after individual security codes are set.

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking.Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. In addition, a security deposit in the amount of $750 will be held against your credit card from the morning prior to your day of arrival. This amount will be automatically released 5 days after check out, provided there are no damages or breaches of our Terms & Conditions.
