• It is important to understand that solar heating of pools in the Victorian climate is really only considered effective between the months of November-March, if and when there has been several consecutive days of consistent sunshine. If adding the option of gas heating the pool ($100 per day), please note the pool is heated to a maximum of 28 degrees between the hours of 10am and 8pm.

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking.Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. In addition, a security deposit in the amount of $2,000 will be held against your credit card from the morning prior to your day of arrival. This amount will be automatically released 5 days after check out, provided there are no damages or breaches of our Terms & Conditions.
